Corporate Law Practice
The new company’s law overhauled the original Act that was implemented in 1956. NCLT has been replaced the company law board, the board for industrial and financial reconstruction and the appellate authority for industrial and financial reconstruction. The new body will have judicial and technical members. A person who has been a high court judge for a period of five years will be eligible to be the president of NCLT.
